I've used Columbus Cleaners for years. When the kids were young, their food spills, art projects, and muddy shoes often left their marks on our carpeting but Julio made things look new again (for a while). Dog accidents? We called Columbus; stains and smells disappeared. He's great with upholstered furniture, helping us get a few more years out of valued chairs and sofas.
Julio even removed the wax that dulled our slate floor-nasty job, but what a difference it's made. His prices are always reasonable, his advice always honest, and he arrives within days of an SOS call.
My greatest praise for Columbus Cleaners comes for the help he gave us when a terrible pest infestation nearly caused us to rip out expensive, 100% wool, wall-to-wall carpeting in our living room. He recognized the type of moth that had eaten a patch of rug (patterned, so we didn't notice at first) and stopped its spread. We got advice from a couple of other cleaners, recommending some very expensive remedies, and credit Columbus Cleaners with saving us thousands of dollars and the carpet!

Although you were not able to remove the carpet stains from my brother's oriental rug last Saturday in Wayland MA, we appreciated your time and effort and felt badly about accepting your offer not to charge us. Another cleaning service came Tuesday and got a bit more of the stain out (not all) and charged us. We decided then to send you the same amount they charged and we hope you will find a fair compromise. Thank you again for your great efforts.
